What are the websites called that have pictures that are messed up by one person’s face or just a random thing that screws up the picture? What about the websites with Memes with funny comics and pictures?
Memebase, Know Your Meme, and 4chan. (I don’t reccomend going on 4chan, I don’t go on there. It’s apparently really sick)
A friend of mine posts pictures of kids she takes care of, on facebook.
She is proud that she is helping to care for them, loves them and her job.
So she will take pictures with her iphone and upload them–kids playing, or her taking a angle pic with the toddler.
I asked her if the parents know their kids are on her fb page—-and she said she doesn’t see what the big deal is, she loves her job-why not show it off.
Is this legal?!
This is actually a big question right now that is getting a lot of legal wheels turning, but it isn’t completely clear. Facebook has been around for a while, but laws haven’t really evolved to the point where they need to be to adapt to a huge online social sphere.
It may seem a little harsh, but she is actually in the wrong if she is publishing photos on facebook of children without the parents’ permissions. The penalty for doing so varies depending on your state. If your child is one of the kids and you feel uncomfortable you can either contact facebook about it or file an injunction with the help of an attorney.
There’s this girl on facebook that is using Katie Babyfayce pictures and others.
Does she automatically get disabled or just warned?
Really nothing will happen. There are thousands of Facebook, Youtube, and Google users that use Celebrities, Corporate Logos, and Song Art as their avatars, but it’s all in good fun.
BUT, if she’s POSING as that celebrity that’s another story. Then she will be forced to take the avatar down, and could possibly have her account deleted. But, in order to prove this she would have to be posting things like example, "Buy tickets to my concert, or check out my latest video". On top of that, supplying a link to do so, even though a link isn’t necessary to face consequences for posing as a celebrity.
So bottom line, if she’s just SUPPORTING and using the pictures for fun, then no action will be taken. However, if she is POSING as the celebrity she can get into serious trouble.

I have 3 kids and i just bought all of their school pictures, They are 8,7,and 5. The pictures are pretty expensive so i wanted to see if other parents buy their kids pictures as well. Thank you

Yes, but I buy one of the cheaper options with just 1 5×7, 1 3×5 (for nana) and then I think 8 wallets.

I mean other than their fan sites. Where is it that the people who run the fan sites find them first? I’ve noticed that multiple websites all for the same celebrities will have different photos and sometimes they find new photos from a photoshoot months after it took place.
Most of those fan sites pay for those photos.They usually get them from the Professional sites which you have to pay to get them not tagged.
