Where can i find copyright free pictures?

where can i find copy-right free picture of smoking damages pics and pics of people crying. It’s for making a comcercial to be broadcasted on national TV
I need to use free images i’m on a fixed budget

Try morguefile.com.. It is probably the best, largest, and highest quality stash of stock photos in the web! And they’re free too…

    What is your budget? Nothing is "copyright free", they just were released into public domain (which is where I suggest you look). If you have the budget, http://www.istockphoto.com is a good source where you can pay I think it is $100 a picture for unlimited use (otherwise it’s $2-10 for 500,000 uses). I would also suggest checking out http://www.sxc.hu.
