Another point I wanna get out there is that, not all unpopular/loners/nerdy/dorks/etc basically the “No bodies” you name em would change into a stud. Because Hollywood made us believe that those type of people would change into studs, while the popular change into losers in movies, which is often not true in real life situations. A person change into a better looking person because they have the will to. Some people don’t want to change, some don’t care, and some just can’t pull it off.

There was this article recently that shows that depending on your social status in high school can affect your health later on as an adult. It shows if you were popular you would have better health in the future than the non popular.
