What happens if I report someone for using celebrity pictures?

There’s this girl on facebook that is using Katie Babyfayce pictures and others.
Does she automatically get disabled or just warned?

Really nothing will happen. There are thousands of Facebook, Youtube, and Google users that use Celebrities, Corporate Logos, and Song Art as their avatars, but it’s all in good fun.

BUT, if she’s POSING as that celebrity that’s another story. Then she will be forced to take the avatar down, and could possibly have her account deleted. But, in order to prove this she would have to be posting things like example, "Buy tickets to my concert, or check out my latest video". On top of that, supplying a link to do so, even though a link isn’t necessary to face consequences for posing as a celebrity.

So bottom line, if she’s just SUPPORTING and using the pictures for fun, then no action will be taken. However, if she is POSING as the celebrity she can get into serious trouble.

Where do you find celebrity photoshoot pictures?

I mean other than their fan sites. Where is it that the people who run the fan sites find them first? I’ve noticed that multiple websites all for the same celebrities will have different photos and sometimes they find new photos from a photoshoot months after it took place.

Most of those fan sites pay for those photos.They usually get them from the Professional sites which you have to pay to get them not tagged.

Where can I find pictures of celebrity Asians without make-up?

I am 19 and a Filipina. I see a lot of pretty Asians,usually on Tumblr,but I want to see before and after pictures of celebrities. The reason is because I’m feeling a little insecure all the time I see pretty Asian girls. I mean, I’m so ugly compared to a lot of them that I see. In pictures and in person. They don’t necessary have to be celebrities.

You can put type in their name and before and after afterward. Because usually in before and after pictures they don’t usually have make up on. Or you can put their name and pre-debuted after.

Should I send one of my pictures to a celebrity to get signed or expect that they will find one to send to me?

However, if you really want to include a photo to get signed then you can(: If you print them out on your own printer/computer at home… and print it on photo paper… that would probably be your best option. However, you have to be prepared to have the photo sent back to you unsigned. This could happen for many reasons (eg… copyright reasons, due to the celeb being away).

Is it legal for me to post celebrity pictures on my celebrity blog?

I have a celebrity blog that gets pretty good traffic? I basically post celebrities being hot or stupid– I just get these pics from the internet.

– I don’t own the copyright.
– My blog generates some ad income
– My blog is similar to like PerezHilton or something.

So is it legal or am I going to get sued?

If you took the picture, it is your right to post them on your blog.

If someone else took the picture, you are committing copyright infringement and are likely to be sued if you are caught.

To give you a rough idea, I am a professional photographer, and when I see one of my photos on another person’s website, blog, or Facebook account, I sue them for $150,000 per image every single time. I will often settle for $5,000 to $10,000 per image, but never less than that. Just make sure you are prepared for that kind of risk if you are going to commit copyright infringement.

Can a tabloid publish naked pictures of a celebrity taken as a minor?

This is for my law program in school: often celebrities have naked pictures of themselves come out prior to being famous, but if it’s a young celebrities like Miley Cyrus or Selena Gomez who just became 18 recently, the photos would probably have been taken before they were 18. That’s where my question comes in, which age matters the most , the age they were when the pictures were taken or the age they are when the pictures are published?

What matters is the age they were when the picture was taken. Although, as long as the picture was not pornographic, it wouldn’t *necessarily* be illegal to publish, but still have a really hard time imagining any magazine doing that.
