Where do you get those cute little cartoon pictures on the iTouch?

My friends all have those little cartoony cute pictures on their iTouches-is there like an App on iTunes or something?? You guys are my last help!! I’m on a trip and I can’t contat them by phone.
Anyone know how??

If you do mean anime, then I can tell you there are a few apps for anime pics, but I just download them off the Internet, since you pay for a majority of the other apps.

    u mean animes pictures?

    Will if u do mean animes pics, I just heard that u get them by the internet.
    I’m not really sure, my cuz has a Ipod touch and I don’t and he told me that.
