I saw a cartoon picture of what looked like an underage girl nude doing things with another underage girl on another site and it was acceptable. I was told the cartoon women were 100′s of years old. Then I asked a friend and she said it should be illegal. So I am trying to build an argument. Why should it be illegal.
It’s not illegal (in the US) nor should it be. They tried to outlaw it some time ago, but it was (quite rightly I say) struck down as an unconstitutional restriction of speech.

not really, some people have been charged for it but it isn’t really considered illegal cause they aren’t real people and noone’s really in danger of being harmed
